I cannot control the feelings inside my heart,
And confronting them would tear me apart,
The agony of being alone for so long,
Have left my emotions far too gone,
So this travesty that I must now endure,
To waking up alone and so insecure,
Living my life seeking love and affection,
And fearing above all another rejection.
