Now and days it seems like respect is based on pain. It's like the more you've suffered the longer you reign. But what happens to the people whos pain doesn't show. Are they spit on like dirt, or are they thought of no more? Well lemme give you an idea of just what its like. Because I am one if those people who rarely wins a fight. I may not have grown up in the middle of the ghetto, Or come face to face with death covered in metal. But I do know what its like to be mistreated, to be beaten and spit on, and constantly defeated. Because pain doesn't come in only one form. And it doesn't just leave bruises but leaves your dreams torn. It's the physical pain that comes and goes, but it's the emotional pain that follows you home. I'm not saying I've suffered the most in this world, but I have felt the pain of being unfurled. Once your unfurled there's no more protection. All that's left is the truth of selection. So next time you encounter someone like me don't be so quick to run them up a tree. Instead use selection to your advantage And just leave em be to use solitude as a bandage
