Night Fright

Eyes of evil start the night.
Tension and fear grow in height.
Jack-O-Lantern burning bright.
Can you see my eyes of fright?

Eyes of darkness every night.
Can you believe this firery sight?
You thought you were right.
Now you've entered this great fight.

You ask yourself, Do I have the might?
Can I make it through this horrific night?
Will I ever again see the day's light?
Then you think, Hmmm, What prayers to recite.

Your throat and stomach becomes so tight.
You're in the path of their eerie sight.
Look behind you!Terror paints your face white
There's an awesome demon ready to bite!

Run, Run, Run, With all your might.
Make it home to see another light.
Tucked on bed reminiscing the night.
Have no fear, Sleep tight!
